Experiment with which upgrades are worth their money, some of them attract more customers for what they cost than others. It has the typical brightly coloured sim game art style and some nice touches of humour. You can start a new game and keep it private'and even build all of the cities in a region (the server 'instance' if you will) yourself, creating your own co-operative multi-city utopia.
