In many scenarios you will need to construct new buildings, improve energy efficiency, add upgrades or increase overall city happiness. It has the typical brightly coloured sim game art style and some nice touches of humour. Overall - As much criticism as I've heaped upon Sim - City, don't get the idea that I don't enjoy it.
